📝 Terms and Conditions for Using the Voucher:
1. How to Purchase a Digital Gift Voucher: These Digital Gift Vouchers can only be purchased through prepaid methods (mobile banking, debit/credit card).
2. Where to Purchase the Vouchers: ZAYS Digital Gift Vouchers can be purchased from ZAYS’ official website or affiliated e-commerce platforms.
3. How to Redeem These Digital Gift Vouchers: The voucher can only be redeemed on ZAYS’ official website. Within 24 business hours of completing your order, the voucher will be activated, and you’ll receive an email notification. Once the voucher is activated, you can redeem it for premium products from ZAYS’ official website (zaysbd.com).
4. Purchasing Multiple Vouchers: You can buy multiple vouchers (of 2000, 5000, or 10,000 BDT). Each voucher will be activated separately in our system.
5. Additional Payments: If the product price exceeds the voucher value, you can pay the remaining amount. However, if the product price is lower than the voucher value, the remaining balance will not be refunded.
